🌸 What is Bach Flower Therapy?
Bach Flower Therapy is a natural system of emotional healing developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. It is based on 38 flower essences made from wildflowers that work on an energetic and emotional level, helping to balance states such as anxiety, fear, sadness, irritability, or insecurity. 45 minutes session.
These essences contain no chemical components or physical active ingredients, so they have no side effects, are non-addictive, and can be safely used by children, adults, the elderly, pregnant people, and even animals.

✅ Irritability, impatience, or frustration
✅ Major life transitions (moving, birth, separation)
✅ Low self-esteem or insecurity

✅ Support during illness, therapy, or personal growth
🌱 When is it recommended to start Bach Flower Therapy?Bach Flower Therapy is especially helpful:
🌼 When you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance
🌼 When you’re going through a major change and need support to adapt
🌼 As a complement to other therapies (psychological, medical, energetic)
🌼 When you’re looking to support your personal growth with a gentle, deep-acting tool
🌸 Each formula is carefully personalized to support your current emotional state. Bach Flowers don’t suppress emotions — they help restore balance so you can reconnect with yourself from a more centered, conscious place.
In this session, the goal is to find the most suitable formula for the person’s current emotional state and the experience they are going through. Ideally, at least two sessions should be scheduled in order to follow up on the process.
